When I did the registration was told they cover my area when I encountered crime activity at my premises pressed the panic said thry sending response units no one came they called me back to say they calling police, why u calling police becouse u said you covering the area, thats when I was told they don't cover my area and they will send an email in the morning and give me feedback till today no feedback nothing and the police never came so for my side o had a horrible experience with Namola very disappointed. Even thinking of cancelling my cover with them worse part I took the Namola plus cover 😭😢😫
