They are very helpful

They are very helpful. They make sure that they gather info in detail and that they understand what the emergency is. They go out of their way to make sure that they keep communicating till whatever was happening is dealt with. I have never pressed the SOS button and got disappointed. The staff are an A+ 👌🏽
