NAMOLA ATTEMPT TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

Be careful of this companies billing department. Having always paid an annual subscription rate I suddenly find them trying access my accounts for payment citing no funds in the account. This is an affront to my financial standing plus permission was never granted for them for direct debit. Leaves a bad taste.
