Namola app fails as does its staff

Had emergency, pressed Namola app button.. Asked do you have a dstv account, tried again, needed a voice yo say can we help. We know where you are, are you hurt etc, got a screen choice, dstv or non dstv. In desperation selected dstv, was asked for dstv account number, ALL I NEED IS HELP WITH MY MEDICAL EMERGENCY. then they send a one time pin..., then they phone, tell them i am looking for assistance, lady says here is your pin, not interested in help, when i get a bit frustrated she says...if i shout or get excited she will hang up, she did exactly that, hung up, phoned them direct. Spoke to consultant, tolt them whole saga, all he was interested in is did i get a one time pin.thank god it was not life threstening. Can you imagine have to fill in forms on phone, wait for otp... thought Namola was going to be a life saver.
