They are my go to for any emergency. I've used them mostly for medical emergencies to get an ambulance, fire rescue services and also the occasional SAPS request. Talking to SAPS directly is a nightmare but Namola makes it easier to get an actual responses from these services. They follow up and stay in contact with you till you are assisted with your emergency. Their staff is awesome and are the example of how to communicate over the phone.
