It was my first time using the app

It was my first time using the app. I downloaded it should I need assistance one day. I used the app to get assistance for a lady who ran into my yard asking for help as her partner was hitting her and she was with her toddler. The operators assistance was prompt and very helpful. She dispatched a van to my residence. However The lady needing help left my place. I had to cancel the request and the operator was helpful in the matter. I apologized that I had to cancel and thanked her for the assistance.
