I would rate the Namola App 5/5 stars for their excellent service and care. The fact that they not only helped me get an ambulance but also stayed on the line through their app and constantly phone calls with me until it arrived shows their dedication to user support and safety. Their timely assistance and empathetic approach likely made a stressful situation more manageable. Keep in mind that ratings can vary based on individual experiences, but in this case, Namola App seems to have exceeded expectations!
