Aaqib was my contact person and he was helpful and diligent in following up to check whether ambulance services had called me. Unfortunately they hadn't been in contact with me and showed up an hour after I had already cancelled the service as we had gotten some other assistance and the patient was improving. But the service from Namola was excellent!
