Very Unhappy

Terrible service from them NWR (Cross Barmen Namibia), they don't reply to your emails until you ask what's going on all they say ''Our Customer service and operations will revert back to you on this I have brought the mater to their attention '' what 5star place does it? We stayed here on the 25 and 26 June 2022 in the premier chalet no1. I am not sure what your level is regarding premier as this was nothing but dirt. No plug in the basin, no dish towels, hair /fluff of previous people on the floor your cupboards are peeling off. Your shower floor is losing tiles + your curtains dont even hang on the rail, ag no! I have tried to reach you via email but no response from the 1 July 22. Please can this matter get addressed and you can contact me as my email to you - *** - ***
