Nam-Ford Attorneys Incompetence

I recently sold my home. After going through and fulfilling all the requirements requested, I was told that the process should take approximately 6 - 8 weeks as all had been put in place, however, this has not been the case. According to Nedbank's attorneys, Nam-Ford Attorneys, my title deed could not be found. It took them almost 3 months to find this out and after being hounded by my attorneys, finally sent me the paperwork to be completed and signed requesting a duplicate copy from the Deeds Office. My question is, why did it take them so long to do this??? So, this was all done early last week, however, it seems that nothing has been done since. Now I have to wait again for them to obtain the duplication deed - has this actually been done now because according to people in real estate, this should not take longer than a week!! After the duplicate title deed has been obtained, Nam-Ford Attorneys apparently then needs to place an ad in the paper for 14 days which will now take us into the Christmas holidays and I will have to wait again. My lawyers then need to proceed with lodgement which will take another 10 working days. This whole process has been hindered by the incompetence of Nam-Ford Attorneys. I would like answers as to why this has happened, whether the duplicate title deed has now been app**** for and who is responsible for the delay. In addition, I would like to know what is going to happen to the person responsible. Please could you provide me with answers asap.
