Product not in usable order

I bought name tapes to mark my son's school clothing. When I got the tapes there was no instruction manual available. I have tried all sorts of ways to iron the tapes to the clothing. But after the first wash it came off. I then contacted supplier to complain and they first suggested I need to try and stich it to the clothes. This defeats the full purpose of \iron-on"labels. They then said they will send me a batch of new tapes. That was on the 3rd of February. Up until today I have not heard anything from them & at this point rather want my money back.<br> <br> """
