PAID - NOW NO PRODUCT DELIVERY

On 13 March 2015 I found their website [URL Removed] which stated 1-2 week maximum for delivery! So I placed my order, paid immediately. Then Lukas informs me on the 14th March, that it is in fact an error on their website, they take 3-4 weeks for delivery!!! (for 50 labels!!!?)<br> I said no well I really would rather get a refund, as that's the only reason I bought from them, he then assures me, no don't worry most orders get sent in a week to two anyway...fast forward to this week - a month later.<br> <br> My package - which I paid COUNTER TO COUNTER for, was posted with NORMAL snail mail (not counter to counter as stated on the invoice - again false advertising) on 25 March. But wait for it....who knows where they sent it to as when I track the parcel, it's not even in my area...and a notification has apparently been sent to someone? Not me thats for sure.<br> <br> I mailed dear old Lukas again, and NO RESPONSE!!! This is blatant theft, I want my money back immediately.<br> <br> DO NOT EVER FALL FOR THEIR WEBSITE ****!!
