No delivery or adequate feedback

On 2 Feb 2016 I placed an order and paid for labels on [URL Removed]<br> Their website states that most deliveries take place between 5-10 days<br> <br> On day 20, 22 Feb I mailed them to hear about progress on my order. And tried calling but no answer<br> <br> 23 Feb they responded to say there is a backlog but that it would be couriered on the Friday. I told them the order was urgent.<br> <br> 26 Feb I asked them for the tracking number with no response.<br> <br> 29 Feb & 1 Mar I called again and left messages<br> <br> 2 Mar they returned my call stating that no work was done on my order and that I would have it by the following week. I asked to cancel the order.<br> <br> I was promised a refund, but now, 3 week later still have nothing? I am so disappointed with their feedback and service. 5-10 days is now on day 50!<br>
