No care attitude NAMETAPES

<p>I ordered online with Nametapes and paid quite a bit for clothing labels. I gave a courier address and when maikng payment I saw that they do not courier. When I paid for my goods I sent the proof of payment with the correct postal address. Needless to say they shipped to the courier address and my parcel is now being sent to the incorrect address. I tried contacting nametapes more than four times and mailed them three times and got a response that I now need to change the address myself! I mean realy. Not only do I feel the sender needs to correct their mistake I feel an apology is in order. Why are they using the Post office when everyone knows how unreliable the post office is?? Also I have been trying to get the parcel re diverted to no avail. Nametapes service is terrible and you are sure to loose your parcel and your money. They have a no care attitude!! Do not use them.</p>
