NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

Hello, <br> <br> I finalized and paid for my order on 7th August. I was told 10 working days. Look at the date now, we are 3 days late. when I called on Monday, Jade told her manager Lucas to call me. He promised a full refund as well as delivery on the order today. I STILL have not got my order. replies to emails are few... and no-one answers the phones either. Surely they can be reported for *****?
