Labels sent were wrong and now no one responds

I ordered labels, they printed the incorrect labels. When I contacted their offices, they said they never received the artwork I wanted yet in the previous email Lukas sent me the artwork.<br> When i explained to him the story as i was dealing with jade, he said they had never received an email from me with all the details, i then sent him proof and from then NOTHING.
