Failure to look after my business

I am totally disgusted and appalled by the service I have received. I have had my domain [URL Removed] for 12 years and now all of a sudden MY SITE IS SHUT DOWN WITHOUT NOTICE. I found out from my webmaster that the domain name had expired and I did not receive any notification from your company. When speaking to a representative I was told that they would have contacted me by email. My email was an old one on the system and incorrect and obviously this process was just automated! Someone should be responsible for making sure clients receive their notice and have had more responsibility and tried to contact me with all other methods possible. My address is correct so what happened to a letter should the email had bounced?? Really?? 12 years and this! the email you had I just tested and it bounced back.. so where is the follow up?? <br> <br> I have no idea also why my domain which I bought from you has been transferred to a different company in Australia? This is NOT what I signed up for? My business which is an online booking office has now been offline for nearly 24 hours and I am simply told just to wait and it is out of their control. Man down!
