Harmful products - unwillingness to accept returns

On 10 July 2020 I purchased the following products from Namedsport: Isotonic Power Gel, Total Energy Amino gel. These products are of such poor quality that they caused me an allergic reaction and I am normally not allergic to anything. I have been trying to get Namedsport to send me an address for the return and refund of the products, but they do not respond to me. I would not recommend these Namedsport products anyone and would like to report Namedsport to the European consumer product authorities for not accepting returns of consumer harming products.
