NAMB answer your phones and serve your people

I have app**** for ARTISAN ASSESSMENT PRACTITIONER -Trade test Assessor. I have been denied this registration due to the fact that I am not in possession of a trade test certificate. I lost my trade test certificate that was issued to me in 1985 after we did our Masters certificate under jurisdiction of the ITB. One of the qualification required for this registration is a registration from Service Seta as a Constituent Assesor I have been registered for this and service Seta accepted my Masters certificate. There seems to be confusion between Service Seta and NAMB. NOBODY ANSWERS ANY PHONES AT NAMB. I have a job pending at a Hairdressing Academy but cannot start without this registration.
