Worst service ever, totally unprofessional

I have been trying since last week to find out what is happening with my order, this order was placed and paid for on Monday the 16th of February. I did an EFT from my FNB account to Namaste's FNB account, FNB to FNB transfers are instant so there is no excuse that the money has not cleared, I also sent proof of payment through just in case. Since then I heard nothing until Wednesday night at 21:30 that night when I got an e-mail saying that my account was updated with the information that my payment had been received, and that my order would be shipping soon. I have then been trying since Thursday to find out what is going on and at no point has anybody from Namaste Vapes bothered to get back to me via e-mail, phone or the chat feature on their website. I spent R120 on delivery which was supposed to be 3-5 days after payment, it has been more than 5 days and still nothing, I have not even received any tracking information, so it has still not been shipped, which means that in all likelihood even if it does ship out no later than tomorrow, I will still not be getting what I paid for this week.<br> <br> Their lack of service and inability to get back to paying customers is unacceptable.
