Not meeting expectations

Good day,<br> Christna from Namaqualand Skaapland in tygervalley advertised meat hampers on Facebook in June stating they had a great meat specials and if anyone was interested we should email her on an email that was stated, I was interested and therefore I emailed, In the hamper post it states that if you order a meat hamper of R1500 you will get free delivery yet when I order I need to wait for them to decide if and when they can deliver because they are not fami**** with the area, first question of mine was that why was the area issue not stated on the email? and secondly why is this now my fault that the driver does not know the area and Christna response is that they are not fami**** with the area and they dont even stores or business that they do that side and therefore I need to wait until they can make means to get there. Today Tuesday the 25th I advise her that I could not get to the atm and therefore I have made an online payment and i have emailed her the proof and also sent her a text message and both these she stated she did not receive and now tells me that they can only deliver the next day, I did not appreciate the tone and the manner and now feels like its a favour.
