Namandlu Construction Poor Quality Paint Job and Customer Service

<p>Myself and 7 other owners are extremely unsatisfied with the quality of work as well as customer service with a company called Namcon (Namandlu Construction). I spoke with one of their main guys by the name of Wessel Strydom regarding a poor paint job that was done in the estate I live in.</p> <p> </p> <p>The estate only has 8 units, and the paint they used was clearly the wrong type as it started peeling after a few months; added to that it makes each unit in the estate look older!</p> <p> </p> <p>I've contacted Wessel regarding the paint job and he assured me he'll follow up on this, but I havent heard anything from him in 4/5 months (I get the feeling they are avoiding doing rework while the work is under warranty). </p> <p> </p> <p>Whats also disappointing is how lightly our managing agent (Loubar SP-Management) is taking the matter, especially taking into account that this was the chosen provider for the work by our agent using our money. <br /><br />Think twice before you do business with these guys. </p>
