False and wrong information

Referring to the Booking ***, please be informed that the maximum occupy is 3 persons but the booking is 2 adults and 2 children as well as we have already arranged the extra bed in the room but still only enough room for 3 pax. only 3 beds in the room for 4 pax this hotel should not allow 4 pax bookings if max capacity is 3 clients don't have enough space to sleep
