NAM Bags Pathetic Service

Nam Bags also known as WPP Bags in Mokopane has got the most pathetic service I have every come across. On the 4th of December 2019 Tinus one of their marketing consultants phone me marketing their 50kg empty bags saying that they have got a lot of bags with labels on form other companies and wanted to know if I would be interested in buying "Old Stock" He sends me a quote and I paid the money over to their account. He confirmed that they did received the proof of payment and that I will receive the bags the next week (12/12/2019) Well it is 21 February 2020 and I have not received one bag. In the mean time Tinus has resigned and now I'm working with Alet. For more than two months I have to hear that they will send the bags. In the beginning they said I will get it that week still and week for week as I followed up they kept saying it will be that week. Then when I got really upset the started with the excuse that load shedding are making it difficult for them to produce the bags. I said to them I am then buying “old stock” how do they still have to manufacture them??? I have asked them since you are struggling to manufacture the bags just refund me and then you don’t have to worry about manufacturing the bags, BUT they refused!!! When I followed up last week they said now I have to wait for the Financial Year end…. What the hell!!!!! They have no service and no word. Don’t ever do business with NAM Bag / WPP Bag!!!
