Nalumoon ignores info of *****

I informed Nalumoon that I got ****med the previous week and that that person that ****med me used my account details and did transactions on Nalumoon. I could see that they read my message to them informing them about this, and they reacted by blocking me. This leads me to believe that they are aware of such ********** transactions and or part of the ********.
