Nalora Electronic ****

My experience with Nalora Electronics: Whilst searching for cameras online, i came across Nalora Electronics on Gumtree. After showing interest in one of their products they referred me to their online website. They promised a 1-2 days delivery service, and as of now, its been 6 weeks since I've purchased the product (R14 000.00 later) i still have not taken delivery. After the product was purchased, they sent me a confirmation Email stating that they received the money and it will be forward to the delivery services. It was a week later and still no word of the deliver company, and so i emailed Nalora Electronics again, and the same email fololwed from them saying payment received and the delivery company will contact me soon. 2 weeks passed by before i heard of the delivery company with a date and time of delivery... 3 weeks later, after numerous emails and attempts to call either Nalora or the deliver company i finally got a reply, the delivery company rep**** saying the driver was in a accident and the goods were all damaged and offered to refund my money. We going towards week number 7 now. And it seems i have been forgotten about or just being ignored since they already have their money. What i find very strange is, that when the delivery company messaged me, their email also mentioned the product that i purchased which to my understanding is not for them to know what they deliver. So all this just seems like a **** right from the beginning. Not sure what more i can do. If i don't hear from Nalora Electronics. soon, I'll be going to the police.
