Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Appalling Customer Service I’m heartbroken by the experience I had with Naledi Flower Boutique and Coffee Shop for one of the most important days of my life — my wedding. I picked up my wedding bouquet the afternoon before the ceremony, only to find that by the next morning, it had completely wilted and died. It was in no condition to be used, which devastated me and threw my plans into chaos on my big day. The bouquet even looked poor upon collection — the person who picked it up had to ask staff to remove some flowers that were already dying. It was clear from the beginning that the quality was unacceptable. When I reached out to the shop for support, I was met with nothing but hostility and complete disregard for my concerns. The owner and manager outright dismissed my experience, claiming the bouquet was “fine” at the time of dispatch — which was simply untrue. Instead of empathy or accountability, I received excuses and was ultimately told to stop contacting them because they would “do nothing about it.” What should have been a joyful moment became incredibly stressful. Thankfully, my venue owner stepped in at the last moment and managed to arrange another bouquet, allowing me to walk down the aisle with some dignity. But this was not thanks to Naledi Flower Boutique and Coffee Shop — it was despite them. Empty promises, poor-quality flowers, and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend this shop to anyone — especially not for something as meaningful as a wedding.
