Bad service at Naledi Clinic

I'm so disappointed in how I was treated at Naledi Ext 2 clinic. I don't understand why some people do not respect their jobs. The sister or nurse who was suppose to help with family planning was so rude that I arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before they closed. I was told before she can help me with getting my 3 months family planning injection, I must first take an HIV test and if I refuse she can't help l. When I asked when did that rule start she said it's always been there. To my surprise I have been getting my injections every 3 months and that was never done. She told me if next time I arrive the time I arrived she is not going to help me.

Please let me understand if the clinic closes at 16:00 does it mean at 15:45 the community service is partially closed?

I'm so disappointed in the level of rudeness the nurse portrait.
