Naledi Clothing poor service and/or complete ****?

I ordered and paid on 7 March 2024. Almost 3 weeks later and nothing received. The tracking number takes you to a site where the standard message is “waiting for carrier to update tracking information”. I’ve sent two emails to Naledi support mailbox. Received nothing in return and no other contact information is available.
