Naledi Cape Town is a ****

I ordered 2 weeks ago. I was under the impression that the company is in Cape Town. 2 days later enquired about my order. No response. Then 10 days after ordering I receive email that delivery will be 8 to 15 working days and that doesn’t include customs delay😳. That time the item is priced in Rands, hence my assumption that item is coming from Cape Town since the store is “Naledi Cape Town “.I have no idea where the parcel is coming from if it will even get hear.
