Buyers - Beware of Naledi-Capetown.com

On 23 March 2024, I made an online purchase for a Jade Satin 2 piece set (brown) from Naledi-Cape Town (free delivery services). I was under the impression that this was a local online retailer and or distributor. After three requests for an update on delivery, I was informed that it would only arrive between 8 April to 15 April 2024. It was only available for collection at the SA postal services from 24 April 2024. I also had to pay a surcharge on collection from the post office.

The item is not as indicated in the description. It is not made from satin as advertised but polyeste/spandex (as per the label). The colour is tan instead of brown.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
