R99 Usb cable doesnt work after 1, 2 weeks of purchase

The owner of the Shop called Naked IT in Camps Square refused to sort my matter out due to the staff having not given my a receipt of purchase.

Though this is a shop called Naked IT, "questions me what type of IT if they could not fix my USB cable that costs R100.
