OVER BOOKED NAISARS APARTMENTS PRIMROSE

Booked this via booking.com. It stipulated we can pay at the property and got a confirmation email stating it's booked. Sent the owners a message via the app to say we driving from Durban to Johannesburg and will be there by 5pm. When we arrived the lady named Sarah came to the gate and said they fully booked. We showed her the confirmation of booking and she said she can't do anything. All while with my family and in a hail storm. Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic.
