UNEXPERIENCED AND RUDE "NAIL TECH" - NAILS OF NOTE - PADDOCKS

I'm utterly disgusted at the pathetic and extremely low service at Nails of Note in Paddocks Milnerton... Firstly, the "nail tech" confirmed that she knows how to do a coffin shape... she further confirmed they have the colour In wanted after showing her the pics... First red flag was when she used incorrect tips... I asked her is she sure she can pull a coffin shape with such tips, "my dear, I do nails all the time" was her response... she barely got to the 3rd nail and she kept asking her colleague in Shona (Zimbabwean language which I fully understand) what to do now because the shape is not coming out nicely... she then told me "wait let me try with different tips"

At this point I was annoyed as I had to soak off and it was time consuming. She then tried with stilleto tips but still failed because she kept cutting the tips very skew which badly affected the length... at this point I had zero faith in this woman because she had no idea of what she was doing and got upset when me and my colleagues told her this... long story short, I LEFT THE PLACE WITH MY NAIL NOT DONE!
