the worst experience ever

Hi there I came in to your shop 3 weeks to do my eye lashes extensions and about 2 days afterwards my eyes were irritable and itching most of the time and I am so frustrated and angry because I have emailed the day it fell out, 3 days after I did it and till today nobody contacted me or rep**** to my email, I think this is bad service, the eyelashes fell out the one eye, this is not acceptable and i paid a lot of money ?for this to have it last a week, I am not impressed and I would like a refund or some compensation for this because I will take this further and I want a answer by today.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Shannah Brown<br> ***<br> <br> Sent from my BlackBerry 10 s
