False Advertising and Bad Nail Salon

Myself and my sister in law phoned to book an appointment, however my sister was refused an appointment as they were fully booked. My brother later phoned and was immediately given an appointment for the same day. We arrived and started choosing colours, however they got impatient and just wanted to start. They were very rough and not friendly at all. The lady just left my sister after doing her nails and was not done correctly and it was rushed. She wanted to change colours but was told that she didn't have time. This was the worse experience ever and they are ****** towards Indians as another lady was also turned down. They have false advertising as their trailer says R150 per set, however I paid R285 without knowing for mine alone. They have a false personality towards us and made us feel terrible when leaving.
