Don't go to nails of note

Had gel nails done on a Saturday..... Was rushed through like in a sausage machine. Gel nails were over the edges off my nails , gel was clumpy and really terribly done. I sent then photos the same day, on which they responded I could came back any time for a re-do. I was sick for two weeks, after which I called for a new appointment for me only to be told I can't make one as two weeks had passed, which was never communicated to me. I explained the situation but their response was NO. Very bad customer service¡!!!!!!! And very bad nails
