<p>I called 'Nails from Heaven' this morning to enquire about a gift voucher I received after I had sent an email with no response.</p> <p>The lady I spoke to was on no help as she was clueless on basic information. I later called at 15:36 to make a booking for tomorrow. I explained that the voucher expires on 31 May and the lady then sais she cant take my booking because it would have expired. We have a back and forth where I try explain that from my understanding the voucher should be valid until close of business on the 31st. She refused... I then asked to speak to the manager to get clarity and the lady (Loretta) blatantly refused to give me the managers name and surname saying I should just call back later and ask if she's available then. She continued to refuse giving me the name despite many pleas.</p> <p>Never have I encountered such, I am disgusted to say the least</p>
