Online store receive payment without delivery

Previously ordered without any problems. Now paid for order and has not received it. All emails and online messenger returned as undelivered, facebook account not updated with no response to posts. Lastly the company was previously based in South Africa received my bank statement and saw a fee for international payment. That is when I started to investigate sending emails etc. It is my opinion that this shop no longer exists (or was sold) but still receive payments.
