Worst experience I've ever had at a Beauty Salon

I had eyelash extentions done by Madeleine last night at Nail Fantasy. Firstly, the room she took me to was dark and dusty, and the bedding was stained and dirty. I asked her what my options were (volume lashes or classic lashes) and she said there are no options, they just do one style. And when I asked for pictures, she pulled out her phone and told me her battery was flat. She was on her phone twice while she was applying the lashes (I thought her battery was flat). She ripped the tape off my lower lashes so harshly that she removed half my lower lashes. And when I had a proper look at the job she did when I got home, I saw that my right eyelashes were longer, and flared out at the ends, where my left eyelashes where much shorter and straight. And my natural blonde lashes show through, she didn't even recommend that I tint them. When I close my eyes, the lashes feel like they are pinching my eyelids. I woke up this morning and my eyes are swollen and red, and my eyes are burning. I phoned Nail Fantasy and asked to speak to the owner. She phoned me back and I explained the situation to her and told her how unhappy I was. She didn't even ask for me to come in so that she could assess the situation. She started shouting at me and getting aggressive. She just said straight up its against their policy to give refunds, and that she has never had a complaint before. Also mentioned what a huge following they have. I mean, what type of policy is that? I wish I read the Facebook and Google reviews before I decided to go there. I don't even know what to do. Umbutsman? Should I speak to my lawyer? I am just so appalled by the fact that they didn't even offer to fix the problem! @nailfantasy-canalwalk
