Wax and 'Tint'

<p>Had my brows waxed and 'tinted' at the Canal Walk branch and I have had the worst experience. Firstly, The girl who was doing my brows had tld me she had no brown which i totally understood - and we agreed for dark brown. When i had **** downn to get my brows done - the girl doing my eyebrows had not even cleaned the area, I had brow pencil on from the day and she didn't clean the area. She was chewing bubblegum throughout the session of me being there - she had then put the wax on the eyebrow area, and small strains of wax were all over my eyelashes. Then while she was busy - another female entered the room and they had a full on conversation while i was laying there! she then app**** the tint - and cleaned the brow area with Dettol which i have never ever experienced in my life. I walked out there with no brows and just a wax. I even left the store a very unhappy customer, to angry to complain because of the service i had received. I have sent an email to their Info email address on their website and i have NOT yet received any sort of feedback on this? </p>
