poor serivce

<p>on the 11 Jan I went with my friend to make a book for the hands and feet, the consultant in the store was busy with a ciient but come to the front to ask how can she asisst , we inquiried about making a book for the 12 Jan and she confirmed that their can assist us at 10 am which we glady accepted. However she failued to explain in detail the serivces for med and ped cost, today upon arrive we sat down and got the serivce however when we have to settled the bill we were met with a shocking billing that she could even explain herself because she never informed that when you select to do the basic comestics of feet and hands the amount includes that standard polish but when deciding to apply gelish then an extra fee will be added so i settled the bill. I will never visit the storea again as the consultants dont explain well the clients.. she even failued to acknowledge her mistake but just keep on asnwering looking down with clear explaination or apologyies.. poor serivce indeed and this has lefta bit taste both in my friend and I.. it best to explaint to client to allow the client to budget well and know exact the prices not to be met with bills that can be eplained...i will just stick to Sorbet ...</p>
