Terrible Service

Went to have eyelash extensions put on for an upcoming event. Booked with the receptionist for individual lashes and quoted R500 and told it would take 2 hours.<br> Got there and the technician had started the process by sticking my bottom lashes down with sellotape (not correct procedure). She stuck the lashes on and was done in 40 minutes. I was told that it would be sensitive for about 3 days and then it would feel more natural. I followed instructions to not stand under a shower etc.<br> 3 Days passed and my eyes were in agony. When I looked at them closely I noticed there was an excessive amount of glue used and it was stuck so closely to my eyes that that was what was causing all the pain.<br> I then booked with an alternative beauty salon to remove the lashes and they removed Clusters! My eyes were so infected I had to go to a Dr and get antibiotics and prescription eye drops. <br> When I complained to Nail factor I received such attitude from the technician whom put them on. She flatly denied putting on clusters even though I saw them for myself. I received the R500 refund but I still had to pay for my Dr app (R400) plus the medication which was another R300. Never ever going there again!
