Insurance Claim

I was involved in a car accident on 07 June 2014, the other party who caused the accident admitted he was wrong the third party insurance contacted me 2 September 2015 asking that I submit the release form and proof of banking details I did so on the 08 September 2015. the legal firm has a 20 working day waiting period for payout to be made. I contacted them today and to my surprise I had to resubmit the paperwork. I have the evidence that I sent in the paperwork on the 08 September 2015 but they now insist that I have to wait another 20 working days after I resend the release forms.
