STOP NAEDO DEBIT ORDER!!

Naedo is presenting a debit order to my bank every month for Telkom. I receive absolutely no service from Telkom. My wifi router is not working since Oct 2017 because Telkom tower has been vandalized and we do not have any coverage in our area. I made several calls to Telkom, Technicians have been at my house twice, I have sent several emails and visited Telkom office twice. BUT WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS!! Telkom logged an application to cancel the contract due to the fact that they can not provide the service. I have requested Telkom to stop collecting the debit order but unfortunately, as the whole of South Africa know by now, Telkom is the most *********** company ever!! I have to pay the bank charges every month. I tried to contact Naedo but could not find their contact details for this kind of complaint. I want them to STOP the debit orders immediately.
