Naedo deducts money, but I dont even know them

I am furious. For the last year and a half, Naedo deducts money from my account - and I don't even know who/what they are!!<br> The first time I saw the deduction on my statements, I went to my Bank and they gave me Naedo's telephone number. I called them, and the person told me that it was a mistake, because my account is a business account and they know that deductions cant be made to business accounts. He told me that someone probably wrote down the wrong bank account number, but that he would fix it and that I don't need to worry about it again. WRONG!! I have called them 8 times during the last year and a half to try and stop the deductions. Each time its the same story!<br> I am really fed up with them. I still don't even know what company they are?? And how can it be so easy to deduct money from a account?? Surely there must be some system in place to protect me against someone filling in the wrong account number??<br>
