Failure to Refund customer , and bad attitude

My Wife ordered cleaning items, and got billed for items she didn't order, the manager / owner refused to refund her and argued with her for almost an hour refusing to refund the amount, that is **** customer service , you do not do that no matter how big your business is, respect your customers
