AVOID Nactor Aluminium and their subcontractor Task Aluminium
Our experience with Nactor Aluminium has been frustrating from start to finish. We paid a 70% deposit in good faith, yet had to constantly chase them just to begin the installation. To this day, we are still waiting for two windows and three doors to be completed. The rubble they promised to remove is still on our lawn, killing the grass. The paving around the house is still covered in plaster that was never cleaned.The windows that were fitted have visible gaps in the joints and no sealer was app**** to prevent water from seeping into the walls. I wish someone had warned us about this company, so this is our warning to anyone considering using them. Save your money and use a professional installer.
