Their WhatsApp support messaging system could do with some improvements
The services and the team where great. The Whatsapp chat bot needs work though. Whilst I ultimately got assisted, trying to get the right information from the automatic chat service was a bit of a hustle. They need to look into this. Otherwise great services offered.
