Really bad service hopefully they fix it “as soon as possible”

As soon as possible,,,, that’s all you hear from them. It’s been nearly 6 months I’ve been waiting for a refund after canceling my visa process. As far as I was told the application wasn’t put in as they were awaiting documents from my side. So if the application wasn’t put in why are the funds not available
